for a Cellulite Diet to Get Rid of Cellulite Naturally

Salad with a Purpose

Ingredients:

• 3 roots Jerusalem Artichoke (Sunroot, Earth Apple)
• 1 Carrot
• 3 leaves Wild Garlic (Bear’s Garlic)
• 3 Radish
• 1 tsp Olive oil
• some drops of homemade Apple cider vinegar

Preparation:

Peel earth apples and chop them into cubes. Do the same with a carrot and radish. Decorate with wild garlic and spice it with olive oil and some drops of homemade apple cider vinegar.

Until 6 p.m. drink as much as possible.
You should really stick to 6 p.m. At that time the kidney meridian is active, which gets well stimulated with supper dishes so that all lymph and other deadlocks are released.

Super Drink

Until 1 p.m. you should drink Green tea and following Super Drink:

Ingredients:

• ½ bio (necessarily) Lemon
• ¼ Cucumber
• pinch of Coriander
• pinch of Turmeric (Curcuma longa)

Preparation:

Slice a lemon and a cucumber and put thin slices to the bottom of at least 1 l bottle. Add coriander, curcuma, and water; close the bottle and stir it well. Drink the liquid and just add new water when the bottle is empty. You should drink 3 l of this super drink until the evening.

Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. the small intestine meridian is active.

Brown Algae Therapy

Between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. the large intestine meridian is active.

Drink in that time:

2 capsules (1 tsp) Kelp-brown Algae (Aschophyllum Nodosum) with 0,5 l tepid water.
Other Algae sorts would also be OK, but this one is the best for anti cellulite treatment.

Preparation:

Grind flax seeds first. You can do that in a coffee grinder or in a blender if it is strong enough. Add into a blender avocado, dates, Himalayan salt, and Maca, and mix well. Dispose the batter onto a plate, smear it with cottage cheese, and decorate with strawberries.

Jacob Mussels with Nettle Balls

For hormonal balance and correct estradiol (“good” estrogen) formation – too much estrogen and too little progesterone is the main culprit for accumulation of superfluous thigh and waist fat:

Ingredients:

• 4 Jacob Mussels
• ¼ kg Nettle or Spinach
• Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Red wine
• Garlic
• pinch of Himalayan salt
• Nutmeg powder (Myristica fragrans)
• 1 slice raw Butter

Preparation:

Quite simple, but: Lay great stress upon freshness, fresh mussels!

Quickly wash fresh mussels under running water to remove eventual fine sand. Dry them with a dry towel and bake them in olive oil. Add red wine, wait until alcohol evaporates, add garlic, and displace such mussels to mussel shells.

You should never cook nettles resp. spinach in water! You should quickly sauté garlic in olive oil (just that it smells good) in a deep pan, and put nettles (or spinach) and some salt on.

Nettles (or spinach) will release enough water in which they can cook (also Jamie Oliver uses this trick).

For a perfect taste add at the end some nutmeg powder and without a bit of a guilty conscience also a slice of raw butter. Form balls and place them around the mussels.

This sweet-bitter combination completely awakes all taste buds and therefore we are passionately waiting for a dream feast to continue. Unbelievable but true, it helps us also to get rid of orange balls, captured under our skin.

Buffalo Mozzarella with Asparagus

Ingredients:

• wild Asparagus
• Buffalo Mozzarella
• Olive oil
• pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation:

This is really a great, simple to make anti cellulite recipe.

Sauté cut asparagus in olive oil, add a little water, and cook them. Sprinkle them with salt and put them on slices of mozzarella. At the end, drip on the finest olive oil.

Bread would only spoil such goodness so you should give it up without any problem.

Soup with Algae and Buckwheat
Anti-Cellulite Lab/Soup

Ingredients:

• 4 capsules Kelp-brown Algae
• handful mini Pumpkins OR 1 Zucchini
• ½ smaller Leek
• 3 tbsp Buckwheat groats
• 5 rings Horseradish
• ½ tsp Coconut oil
• Chives

Preparation:

Quickly sauté leek and pumpkins in coconut oil. Add buckwheat groats, horseradish, and pour water with melted Algae capsules in it. Cook for approx. 10 minutes resp. until buckwheat is cooked. Decorate with chives.
