Fruit Vegetable Mushy Juice from
Pineapple and Lettuce with Ginger


Ingredients – for one person:

• 2 slices fresh Pineapple
• 1 big handful soft Lettuce leaves
• 1 sour Apple
• 1 piece Ginger root (freshly peeled and grated)
• 1–2 dl water

You can invent a new breakfast smoothie recipe every day. You can use various salads or young spinach, every day you can add different fruit, and you can variegate the taste by adding diverse herbs.

• 2–4 Dates according to your taste
• 3 dl Almond milk (OR other milk type OR water)
• 5 ice cubes

Red Energetic Breakfast Smoothie


Ingredients – for two persons:

• 1 ½ dl frozen Strawberries
• 1 bigger Banana
• ½ Pomegranate – seeds
• 2 Apples
• 1 ring Beetroot – fresh/peeled
• 1 ring Ginger – fresh/peeled
• 1 tbsp Goji Berries
• 1 dl water
• 1 handful ice cubes

A brave combination of ingredients in this strawberry banana smoothie recipe rewards with a top result. Do not be afraid of a raw red beet. It fits perfectly into this combination.

A smoothie with chia seeds has a rich creamy structure. Chia is an excellent Omega 3 source. It accelerates digestion and gives a sense of satiation.

You can prepare chia seeds beforehand and preserve them in a fridge:
Pour a few tbsp of chia seeds into a small glass jar with a cover. Pour over twice-bigger amount of filtered water. Stir and leave for a few minutes that seeds absorb liquid. If there’s not enough water and the paste becomes dry and lumpy, add some more water.
