Peach Heaven - Raw Fruit Peach Cake
with Bourbon Sauce

Ingredients:

Cake Dough:

• 200 g mixed Nuts - Cashew (Indian) nuts, Hazel nuts, and Almonds
• 1 pinch Himalayan salt
• 2 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil OR fat
• 2 big tbsp 100% biological, unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 7 Dates without stones
• 1 tsp Maca Root powder
• 2 tbsp Goji Berries
• 1 pinch ecological Bourbon Vanilla powder

Cake Filling:

• 1 big tbsp unsweetened Apricot/Aloe Vera jam (or from any other fruit)

Cake Coating:

• 2 Peaches
• 3 big tbsp Albumin Pot Cheese from sweet whey
• 3 big tbsp Goat Cheese Mascarpone
• 2 tbsp Soya cream
• 1 tsp ecological Bourbon Vanilla powder
• 1 tbsp Sea Buckthorn powder
• ½ tsp Agar Agar

Cake Decoration:

• 1 – 2 peeled Peaches
• 1 tsp Goji Berries
• ½ tsp Agar Agar
• 1,5 dl freshly juiced Peach juice
• 1/3 tsp Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
• 1/3 tsp ecological Bourbon Vanilla powder

Peach Fruit Cake Recipe Preparation:

Grind nuts mixture in a coffee grinder, pour them after into a blender, and add other ingredients for cake dough. If you have a good blender model, you do not need a coffee grinder. You simply grind nuts mixture in the blender machine first, add other ingredients for cake dough afterwards, and blend up everything well. Pour the batter into a cake pan.

Spread a thin layer of Apricot/Aloe Vera jam over the top of the cake.

Now you will prepare coating. Put into the blender machine the ingredients for the coating, except Agar Agar, which is meant for the thickening.
Pour Agar Agar into ½ dl cold water, and stir it well. Boil it, and cook it quickly. Cool it down a little bit and add it to other ingredients into the blender.
Blend up all components well, you need to get a completely smooth paste.
Spread a thick layer of the paste over the cake.

Decorate the cake with thin peach slices and Goji Berries.

Prepare a mixture of peach juice, Agar Agar, Vanilla, and Turmeric. Boil it, stir it well for a few times, cool it down a little bit (it still must be warm and liquid), and pour it over the cake.

Before enjoying it, the raw fruit peach cake must cool down well. For that reason, you should put it into a fridge for some hours or even into a deep freezer for a shorter time. The cooling process will result also in an amazing mixture of tastes.

Blueberry Heaven - Raw Fruit Antioxidant Rich
Blueberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Cake Dough:

• 200 g Cashew (Indian) nuts
• 1 pinch Himalayan salt
• 2 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil OR fat
• 2 big tbsp 100% biological, unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 7 Dates without stones
• 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
• 2 tbsp Goji Berries

Cake Filling:

• 1 big tbsp unsweetened Blueberry jam (or from any other fruit)

Cake Coating:

• 1 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
• 3 big tbsp Albumin Pot Cheese from sweet whey
• 3 big tbsp Goat Cheese Mascarpone
• 2 tbsp Soya cream
• 1 tbsp Rice Protein, Vanilla flavor
• 1 tbsp Sea Buckthorn powder
• ½ tsp Agar Agar

Cake Decoration:

• ½ cup Blueberries
• Blueberry green Leaves
• unsweetened whipped Soya cream (optional)

Blueberry Fruit Cake Recipe Preparation:

Grind cashew nuts first. You can do that in a coffee grinder or directly in a blender, if it is strong enough. Pour ground nuts into the blender machine, add other ingredients for cake dough, blend up everything well, and pour prepared batter into a cake pan.

Spread a thin layer of Blueberry jam over the cake.

Now you need to prepare cake coating.
Mix Agar Agar into ½ dl cold water, stir it well, boil it, cook it quickly and cool it down a little bit. Put all other ingredients for the coating into the blender and add prepared Agar Agar at the end. Spread a thick layer of a well blended smooth paste over the cake.

The cake is almost prepared; all you need to do is decoration. Decorate the cake with blueberries, blueberry green leaves (or any other greens or leaves), and unsweetened whipped soya cream (optional).

Like all raw cakes you should put also this one into a fridge for a couple of hours (you can put it even in a deep freezer for a shorter time) before you start to take pleasure in it.

Coconut Heaven - Delightful Raw
Coconut Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Cake Dough:

• 200 g mixed Nuts - Cashew (Indian) nuts, and Almonds
• 1 pinch Himalayan salt
• 3 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil OR fat
• 2 big tbsp 100% biological, unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 7 Dates without stones
• 2 tbsp Goji Berries
• 3 tbsp Coconut flour

Cake Filling:

• 1 - 2 big tbsp unsweetened Apricot/Aloe Vera jam (or from any other fruit)

Cake Coating:

• 2 cups Albumin Pot Cheese from sweet whey
• 4 big tbsp Goat Cheese Mascarpone

• ½ cup Coconut milk
• 4 – 5 tbsp Coconut flour

• 1 tbsp Almond crisps

Coconut Fruit Cake Recipe Preparation:

Firstly, grind nuts mixture. You can do that directly in a blender, if it is strong enough, and add into the blender other ingredients for cake dough afterwards. If your blender machine is too weak for grinding, you should grind the nuts in a coffee grinder and pour them after into the blender machine. Blend up all ingredients gradually and pour the batter into a cake pan when it is ready.

Spread a thin layer of Apricot / Aloe Vera jam over the whole cake.

The cake coating preparation you should begin with Agar Agar, which is meant for the thickening process. Prepare 1 dl coconut water, pour Agar Agar into, and stir well. Boil the mixture, cook it shortly, and wait until it cools down a little.
Pour all coating ingredients into the blender and add prepared Agar Agar mixture lastly. The coating must be smooth, so you should blend up the ingredients gradually and thoroughly.
When it is ready, spread the paste over the cake – you should get quite a thick layer.

Sprinkle the raw coconut cake with almond crisps, cocoa powder, and coconut flour … and that’s it.

Well, you still must do something. The best is cold or even frozen raw cake and for that reason, you should put it into a deep freezer for some time or at least in a fridge for a couple of hours.

Pear Heaven - Raw Fruit Pear Cake
with Bourbon Sauce

Ingredients:

Cake Dough:

• 200 g mixed Nuts - Cashew (Indian) nuts, and Almonds
• 1 pinch Himalayan salt
• 2 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil-fat
• 2 big tbsp 100% biological, unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 7 Dates without stones
• 1 tsp Golden root (Roseroot) powder
• 2 tbsp Goji Berries
• 1 pinch ecological Bourbon Vanilla powder

Cake Filling:

• ½ sweet Pear

Cake Coating:

• 2 sweet Pears
• 3 big tbsp Albumin Pot Cheese from sweet whey
• 3 big tbsp Goat Cheese Mascarpone
• 2 tbsp Soya cream
• 1 tsp ecological Bourbon Vanilla powder
• 1 tsp Schisandra Chinensis powder
• ½ tsp Agar Agar
• ½ dl freshly juiced Pear juice OR water

Cake Decoration:

• 1 sweet Pear
• ½ cup Raspberries
• 2 tbsp grated dark organic Chocolate
• ½ tsp Agar Agar
• 1,5 dl freshly juiced Pear juice OR water
• 1/3 tsp ecological Bourbon Vanilla powder

Pear Fruit Cake Recipe Preparation:

All our fruit cake recipes start the same way: Grind nuts mixture first. You can do that directly in a blender machine, if it is strong enough. If not, you can grind nuts in a coffee grinder and pour ground nuts mixture into the blender. Add into the blender machine other ingredients for cake dough and blend up. When it is ready, pour the batter into a cake pan.

For the filling, blend up ½ sweet pear (organic pear you should not peel, you should just remove seeds and a stalk) and spread a thin layer of blended pear over the cake.

You should proceed with the coating preparation.
Prepare ½ dl freshly juiced pear juice (or water) and pour ½ tsp Agar Agar into. Bring to the boil, cook it quickly, and cool it down a little.
Put into the blender one pear (peeled if not organic, without seeds and a stalk) and all other ingredients for the coating, including prepared Agar Agar mixture.
You need to get a smooth paste so blend up the ingredients well.

Prepare the second pear: Peel it, remove seeds and a stalk, and chop it to small chunks. Crush the chunks manually to get the paste and spread it over the cake. You will get quite a thick layer.

Decorate the cake with peeled sliced pear, and raspberries.

Prepare a mixture of freshly juiced pear juice (or water), Agar Agar, and Vanilla. Bring to the boil and stir the mixture well for a few times. You will pour the mixture over the cake and therefore you must cool it down a little bit. However, it still must be warm and liquid.

The cake must cool down. For that reason, you should put it in a fridge for at least few hours or even better, over the night. You can also put it into a deep freezer for a shorter time. The cooling process will reward you with unforgettable mixture of amazing tastes.

No, we didn’t forget … sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate when it is already cooled down.
